Its happened to me before. I was playing with a few guys on 1 Xbox to 15. I threw a grenade and it killed two guys when I was at 14. The ending score was 16 to ??? cant remember. But I remember that I had won with 16 points.

I think it happens when there are two kills extremely close to each other at the end of a game. Kinda of like if you are in a tank and shoot and kill 4 people at one time. You get the four kills but because they happen withing one frame or read page or whatever you dont get the killtacular.
