What's in a name?
Posted By: Ross Mills <Little_oz_@hotmail.com>Date: 11/21/02 10:39 p.m.

All the main characters have significant names...

Keyes: You use the chip in his head like a set of "Key(e)s" to fire up the engine enough to melt down the PoA, theoretically.

Guilty Spark 343:
Guilty - GS343 Feels No Remorse
Spark - GS343 is electrical, or some similar futuretech, which can spark, as the Sentinels do.

Cortana: A type of Sword, she is an excellent tactitian, and is often instrumental in defeating the foe. (Covenant)

Master Chief: Both "Master" and "Chief" and very commanding names, these give you a sense of power over others.

Foe Hammer: On the level "Foe Hammer" in Marathon, you cannot use the transporters, (Well you can, but it doesnt help you), and in Halo, Foe Hammer IS your main transportation.
