You're not so special. I bet you don't : have the balls to take on a real Halo master." : At this point Louis interjected: "Maybe some other time, kid. We're : going to get dinner." : "Shut up, gay-mo," retorted the young lad. "You're that Louis : Wu guy, aren't you? I recognized you by your gay-ass tie-die. I bet all : your gay friends at your gay parties are gay-stounded by your gay fashion : sense. I could take you and Frogblast without breaking a sweat." : "You know," said Frogblast, "I think I will take you up on : that offer. Come on." So we all walked back to the site of the : FanFest, where all the gear was still set up. Frogblast, Louis, and the : churlish young upstart each got an Xbox and a separate projection screen, : and Frogblast graciously told the challenger to set up the game type any : way he wanted. : Once the game began, Frogblast leapt to a commanding lead. It seemed that no : matter where the cocky "halo master" went, Frogblast found him : with a grenade. : "I thought I turned grenades off," said the youth, suddenly not so : sure of himself. : "Oh, you did," laughed Frogblast. : The game progressed and Frogblast never let up for a second. Louis couldn't : even get an assist, and their opponent couldn't get off more than a couple : plasma rifle shots before Frogblast sent him to hell yet again. Eventually : Louis just put down his controller and said, "There's no point. : Frogblast's on fire." : "You think I'm on fire," retorted Frogblast, "look at this : idiot." Onscreen, Frogblast was bathing his opponent in flames. : Marty tapped me on the shoulder and said, "I thought we took the : flamethrower out." : "We did," quoth I. : "Because we couldn't get it to work," added Max. : Shortly thereafter, Frogblast seemed to go into a trance. Suddenly Louis Wu's : Master Chief began scoring kills right alongside Frogblast. This despite : the fact that Louis himself was doubled up on the floor ten feet away from : the controller, howling with laughter. : "SHUT UP!" shouted the young man, who was by this point trembling : with anger. "DUDE! THIS IS SO GAY!" That's when Frogblast : smeared him against the side of a cliff using a Covenant dropship, hitting : the fifty-kill goal just three minutes and four seconds after the game : started. "Three plus zero plus four equals you know what," : quipped Frogblast. Indeed, if he hadn't been showboating the match might : have been over sooner. : The chastened youth approached Frogblast and stuck out his hand. "I've : got to hand it to you," he began, but then Frogblast tore out the : lad's still-beating heart with his bare hands. : "Funny, that's what I was about to say, you homophobic little : bastard," yelled Frogblast. He added "Have a heart" in a : Schwarzeneggar accent, but I'm pretty sure the kid was too dead to hear it : at that point. We managed to talk him out of pissing on the corpse. : You ask for evidence, and I tell you: Frogblast is a man who leaves no : evidence. Do not trifle with powers you cannot understand. : -Matt ah, good old times.
