I can translate it (not well, but djof could translate it into good english if mine sucks) but i have no way of getting my hands on it. so if someone scanned it and sent it to me i could translate it and give it to louis to be released whenever the mag goes off the shelf, if the same laws apply for their magazine's as for ours. Keep in mind though, it'll be a rough translation if it's ever needed.
