Well I didn't really re-encode the QT version that Bungie released... See, what happend was that with all the talk of the WMP version being the ONLY one that might come out, I had a PC friend of mine let me record the trailer off his computer to my miniDV camcorder. I then put that footage into Cleaner 5 and compressed it into the 600 size. I know, most people would just pull out the window, but it get's blocky. :( As it was pointed out by others, it's not quite as sharp as the original, that's becasue the windows video card settings for exporting to a S-Video plug are not quite perfect. Put also keep in mind, this was all done because I and many others assumed the worst. So it was done, why not let people get it anyway? Maybe I'll do an DVD Mpeg-2 next...people seem to want it....... ;) P.S. Wait til you see the "Work or Die" highlight reel!! hehehe I'm just waiting until the HALO 2 insanity dies down.......
