Weapon respawn time is 30 seconds

...In an infinite unstoppable loop, same as with the powerups.

As a side note, if you shoot a weapon or powerup (so that it spins and lies at an angle different from it's default position), when it respawns you can clearly see that it's replaced by a new item, because it suddenly goes back to it's original position.
