Thanks for the heads up on this. The settings for that game have been officially changed. See the front page on Bungie.net for details. In short though:

Game 2 August 17th
Game Type: Race
Race Type: Any order (instead of rally)
Laps to win: 10 (instead of 25)
on Rat Race
