yeah, i think they still fire. not positive, but it seems like there's a lot more fire coming out of that bay than there are people in there anyway so it's probably scripted. someone put up a topic at one point listing the cutscenes that could be modified in any way. i can't remember any of it now, though... i know you can get the warthog to fall into the shaft at the end of silent cartographer if you park one on that platform (the one that opens) if you do it right...

try doing a forum search for... cutscene, for starters, i guess. don't forget to check the pre-eu launch archive, as well.
