They're actual shots, but there's no guarantee you can see these things from this angle. (For example, 101 is the Index, from below - but you'll never see this view. candyman has a pretty slick version of Halo which, when coupled with his non-release dev kit, lets him move the camera anywhere he wants.

The graphics you see, though, are exactly what's in the game - just from weird angles. :)
