Aside from the wheelie, clearing the gap isn't "too" difficult if you use the Scorpion as a moving ramp. The speed of both vehicles closing head-on makes up for some of the lack of runway for the ghost.

The problem was hitting the Scorpion at just the right angle to get enough altitude to clear the whole thing. It may be just a perceptual thing, but it seemed like the ghost went a little farther when I spun it slowly in flight,...I dunno, maybe.

All I know is that my girlfriend and I made the jump across several times with no damage, and without falling off.

As usual, I have no proof to offer,...but I know it can be done.
