I think the chief's grip would be much too strong for his weapons to be web-pulled away. The thing is, while it might be a fairly simple matter for Spidey to hide and avoid the MC. He would have a helluva time mounting any kind of offensive at all. Even without Cortana's help, the MC's motion tracker would provide sufficient warning for the MC's lightning reflexes to react. That would make sneaking up on him nearly impossible, which is about the only way I can see Spidey winning.
