We managed to get out of the map easily using the elevator, and/or using the switches. We managed to get on top of the map several times using the switches... but we never managed to even get outside the map using the method that you described. So, since we didn't even see a sign that the method would push us out of the map, we decided that we weren't reading what you wrote correctly. What we did was: one person stood against the wall where the door would be as the elevator was going down. that was it. We also tried ducking at the last moment and pushing forward against the wall, but nothing ever happened besides ending up on the ledge. suggestions? :)
