If power is the primary motivation for war for the Covenant, then why does : Keyes hold religious significance for the Covenant. Why would they give a : rat's backside about Keyes if this was a typical desire for power? Maybe they just dont like Keyes cause he's taken so many of them out. Think about it, if you were some Covenant general, wouldnt you want to take out a big time player for the other side?
