In Response To: Ahoy, German speakers... (Mark Levin) When Microsoft bought the developer Bungie they had one marketing strategy in the back of their minds: they wanted the highly-acclaimed game Halo on the Xbox so that it sells better. This plan seems to have worked since this game is one of the most sold in November in the US. It also is getting a lot of great reviews, even with us over here. But the fact that Bungie has been working on a new project for some time was kept pretty quiet. But there are some juicy facts that we already revealed in our Bungie special. The new project will use the system link and internet capability of the Xbox, it will be a mulitplayer 3D strategy game which, according to Bungie, will change the world of gaming. The story will be held in the dark middle ages and will have playable characters such as trolls, goblins or even the undead. -Harry | |
