In Response To: How does Bungie get those cool 3rd person pics? (Peters) all you have to do is beat Halo on legendary only using the sekret toothbrush weapon and you will automatically unlock the 3rd person camera. To get the toothbrush gun you have to beat the game on legendary without killing a single enemy. Yes I am kidding, the Build they brought to E3 allowed you to switch to a free roaming camera but that was taken out in the retail version but I would bet there is still a build that they use for screen shots that allows for a seperate camera.
