There's several that come to mind:

1) After pulling a barrel roll in the Warthog and somehow managing to land upright:
"That thing on the left...That's the BRAKE!!"

2) After a pretty quick mop-up of Covie's:
"Class DIS-missed." OR
"Come back to class so I can school you again!" OR
"That's how you do it amigos!"

3) All of the Sarg's briefings from the intro on all difficulties from Normal to Legendary. My favorite snippets are:

From the Normal Briefing:
"...going to rip the skulls from their spines and throw them away...Laughing!"

From the Heroic Briefing:
"...We're going to shoot them 'til there's nothing left to shoot and then strangle them with..their own..guts!"

From the Legendary Briefing:
"...I don't care if this is God's own anti-son-of-a-bitch machine or a giant hoolahoop but we're not going to let them have it."

Macabre? Yes. Over the edge? Oh yes. Good for a chuckle? Hell yes.
