Halo Multiplay question (sorta)

I starting a multiplay game with my friend and saw the word "darling" over my Xbox, we made a game on my friends and saw the word "Hilshire" im guessing thats the name of the Xbox? If so what are your guys's names (hoping mines not the crappiest one out there) and also can you change it some how?
