It would be nice to : see which ones win out at a few different ranges. If I recall correctly from some initial observations it's currently SAW > Suppressor > AR/Storm Rifle. I'm not sure on the latter two. That said, as you point out, range is a huge factor. We've found that some guns projectiles or bullets actually do more or less damage depending on the range (boltshot, shotgun), and others are flat regardless of range. I'm not sure on the LMG class. I'll definitely be trying to nail down some of it, though I would argue that the weapon vs weapon comparisons are only marginally useful in the long run, as so much depends on positioning, accuracy, and range.
