Interesting to note how Cortana's face shape changed from what I can guess is the initial sculpt (grey images) to the final model with Mackenzie Mason's face. I understand the technical reasons to change the face shape for motion capture, but the grey sculpts are definitely more in line with my idea of Cortana from the previous games. That said, I think Mackenzie really nailed her performance because Cortana displays such great emotion throughout the whole game. I don't mind the changes one bit after seeing them in action.
