I like it. I'd have him hold the energy sword at a shallower angle and delay the separation of the slices (even if the angle wasn't changed I'd delay it slightly) so it looks more like it's actually cutting the potato, but I like it. You've come a long way from a grey guy with uneven eyes breaking dishes.
