I assume the Infinity having shields would be a given, judging by the way it's been described as being more advanced than any Covenant ship.

It did strike me as odd that the Infinity still uses classic fusion propulsion. No improvements from Covenant or Forerunner drive tech? For that matter, it's strange that they haven't integrated any Forerunner or even Covenant weaponry, given how they had access to Huragok who already magically upgraded the ship's drives and comms.
