If you're referring to everyone with an AI freaking out because of their AI's reaction to the name Allison, my thought is this:

The Alpha was based on Dr. Church, so it makes sense that it (and its fragments) would freak out when its creator's dead girlfriend's name was mentioned. I'm wondering if memories of her death was one of the tools used to torture the Alpha causing it to split.
