I think several of these should just be applied to everyone throughout the game, if the baseline is Reach (or very similar to it). In particular I'd like faster reloads and to be able to see my motion tracker while zoomed in, but I don't want to have to put myself at a disadvantage, by giving up other things, just to have those traits that I think would make the game feel better.

You cannot fall off the floor.
