I dunno if they made his arms thicker for the action : figure or not, but he's leaning more towards the Halo Wars Elites than : just random crusty hobo Elite. Ditto. I like that the sangheili and unggoy skin shades are back to resembling their original ones rather than the 'Locusty' shades seen previously.
