Yeah, under most normal conditions, a 2:04 there corresponds to about a 1:30 at the finish, maybe 1-2 seconds faster if you're fairly smooth about the end (or a LOT faster if you use some fast method of getting the hog past the barrels, though AFAIK this can only be performed nicely on HPC due to the ability to get through by whipping the mouse really fast).
Getting there by 2:04 point requires reasonably smooth driving along the way and no extreme mistakes. You can be a bit sloppy a few times and still make it, but don't count on pulling it off if you have a nasty roll.
