But, in some of the campaign videos, the : demonstrator will fire it at a wall while strafing and you can see the 3 : shots hit separately. It could be that the rate of fire is simply too high to tell each report apart. There's one weapon IRL that I know of that makes three shots sound like one, and it's the H&K G11.
