In Response To: Halo 4 new enemies via McFarlane Toys *SPOILERS* (dogcom) : This is from McFarlan toys, 2 new enemies from Halo 4: Crawler and Watcher. : The Crawler looks like it doesn't have a face. Hard to tell, of course. I hate enemies without faces. They become just bullet sponge obstacles rather than enemies, because they have no personality. I think that's why I think the Flood and Sentinels are some of the lamest enemies in FPS gaming. Just put a pile of turds in front of me that I have to shoot bullets into for two seconds and then move on. There's no difference to me. There's no "victory" over something without any visual indication of sentience or a personality as a character. My point: I hope the new enemies aren't too abstract, because it will get boring and tiresome very quickly. I kind of hope these images are fake, or else just part of an extremely wild menagerie with some other more humanoid and opponent-like enemies, like the Forerunner robot we saw at the concept art trailer's end. Guess there's nothing to do but wait and see. Everything I've seen so far only points to the game being masterful.
