There is no modded content in that screenshot. Well, not technically, anyway.

It was taken while I was slo-mo'ing it up in a certain level, with player movement speed, sprint speed, and several other engine variables affected, along with graphical modifications that tweak the engine to not be so friendly to computers and really just gun it on all 8 cylinders.

So for all intents and purposes, it's just a cool vanilla screenshot, but in the context of the videos, it should help your mind to better synthesize a visualization of the three games' first-person experiences being combined together.

You'll know it's a "modded content" screenshot when it's a MJOLNIR gauntlet that's punching the head out from under the hat of a North Korean soldier, lol.
