What about the difficulty? I imagine that might not show up as well. Did you do anything on that end besides bump it up from Heroic to Legendary?
Also when I first saw the preview picture for the video I went "wait, what weapon is that? it looks cool" for a second before I realized it was the pistol with a Covenant comm tower behind it.

You cannot fall off the floor.
