I made of kind-of-Master-Chief : character in 4, but those look a lot closer than I could ever get with 4's : editor. Yeah, there are stickers and patterns now. They are limited, but help a lot. There's a lot more layering for everything too. And there are scars and face paint to help keep faces looking different. Anything that isn't a solid color is a sticker. As you can see from these and Cortana, they really help with the small details.

The new layer options help because armor or belts or whatever isn't tied to a specific under shirt anymore.
And they added some nice extra fantasy pieces.
I'll probably give a Spartan a try once I unlock everything so I know what I have to work with. I'm level 19 and you unlock armor and stuff up until 58 I think. I just unlocked some accessories pieces that are basic shapes that I might be able to use for a helmet, at least an EVA. You can place those pieces wherever you want. That's what the draenei's horns and tail, Johnson's cigar, and Yuna's braid are made with.
