The armour looks like CGI in some : shots and real in other shots, it's messing with my head. :P : It's either a damn good suit of armour or damn good CGI for a fan film. The suit is an actual thing that's worn by an actor. Their suit actually fits their actor, unlike the Halo: Faith MJOLNIR - so I'll give them that. However, I'm a bit concerned about the Mark V helmet being used with the Mark VI body. I don't understand people's obsessions with Mark VI. Either go Mark IV or Mark V if you wanna tell a story about the Human-Covenant War - it's hard to go wrong there.
