Comic Round-Up & Avatar Sword Winner

(Leviathan) Like I said last time, this whole thing is just to inspire some fun to be had on the forums, so a thanks to all those who participated! There were quite a few laughs and neat visuals to be found here (even though a lot of you ignored the 'Halo 4 theme'... but it's not like I'm bitter or anything... Really, I'm not... Jerks!) so here's a round-up of all the entries in case you missed any, in order of their posting: ElzarTheBam Explains the Mysterious Forerunner Planet… Hedgemony Makes a Reference Only Old People Get Pete the Duck Makes a Monument to HBO’s Latest Comic Heroes Hedgemony Shows How Grim Is the Hero HBO Deserves UNSC Trooper Revives Poor Old Ackerson For a Joke Hedgemony Doesn’t Reply to The Right Thread But Is Forgiven Due to His Funniness. JoystikX Re-examines a Classic Halo 2 Scene Angelo Reveals What’s Under the Helmet in Halo 4 Revenant1988 Puzzles Our Favorite Split-Chinned Aliens Padraig08 Shows Us What Halo 4 Might Look Like If 343i Goes a Different Route With It’s Main Protagonist… SEspider Reminds Us That the Elder Scrolls Warned of Master Chief’s Fate Quirel Tells a Romantic Tale of Cortana and the Super… Again, a lot of great entries, and I had a really hard time juggling these back and forth trying to decide who the winner was, but in the end, I think I always knew which one I laughed most with, and with my love for detail and attention to canon, it had to be... Quirel!!! (check your email in a minute!) And now some Honorable mentions: Coolest Damn Thing: Pete the Duck's entree is now my wallpaper. Very honored to have Jun among such high and noble ranks! Best Photoshoping: Padraig's insertion of Macho Man Randy Savage into the Halo 4 Trailer was flawless beauty. Tried the Hardest: Hedge gets this one for THREE entries this round. Sheesh! :P Thanks for playing everyone, and look for another one of these in the future! Oh, and if any of you feel like dropping more crazy art off on the boards in the mean time, do it! :) Last Contest's Entries
