It'd probably help if they committed more than one guy to it.
Opinion time: I'm convince at this point that the last significant update to Reach MM will be the February or March ones. I don't feel like we're going to see any new gametypes or so on after that point because the Halo 4 hype machine will start. It will be the same thing that happened to 3 when the Reach machine started revving up.
However, if you polish up these gametypes and make final versions I'll post them to the Community Cartographers process. No guarantees, but I'll at least put them right under their noses for you.
