Start up waypoint on your 360. At the main menu hit X.
Then enter the button presses shown on screen.
Now at the next menu you'll enter each code one at a time. Each time you do it opens up that terminal to watch in that menu and gives you a background image and 7,000 Reach credits. Once you've entered the last terminal you'll get 37,000 credits and a bonus terminal to watch. Very worth it and very cool.
