At least you'll have all the extra goodies in any case - Amazon DE's customer service corresponded in English with me via e-mails in the past, so if there are any issues I'm sure you'll be fine. If the game itself is for some reason region-locked then perhaps you might be able to source a US regular edition on the cheap?
I remembered after navigating the site and managing to pre-order the Mass Effect 2 CE from them I developed a whole new level of appreciation for that one year I studied German in high school!
