Halo and Gears keep putting up convention shirts. When they were exclusive, a ton of people would just sell them on eBay for waaaay too much, like the current Cortana and Mass Effect items are now or some of the PAX shirts and first Noble Six helmets in the past. No cosmetic thing like that should cost more than $5 unless it's for charity or something.
