Kinda - seems that they'll allow you to buy the rendering minute packs between September 2011 and March 2012 w/o a proper Pro subscription.

We don't know what happens after march though, and as they state:

More information about the last time to use up your minutes will be available after that March date, but you’ll have until then for sure.
