Ok so I'm not going crazy then haha!

I missed his post but that actually sounds a lot like what I was doing. I spent a decent amount of time on Lone Wolf trying to get it to spawn. I started out on easy and worked my way up to ledgendary.

Each time I ran for more DMR ammo, sprinted over to the shotgun, and juggled that and the sniper over to the main blown out building. Also grabbed Drop shield along the way. From there, I just hid in the rafters and waited until they came looking for me. I didn't kill anything unless they came into my building, and I didn't worry about the wraiths.

Each time enimes started to come in between the 4-6min mark like clock work, but I would NEVER see the Bob until the elite generals started coming in. I was able to get him to spawn on easy, normal, and heroic by about the 10 min mark, but only if I was fighting the generals by then.

I could not get him to spawn on ledgendary because I could not live that long, or kill enough elites lol :P
