The full process? Well, I've come across a little program called "360 screenshot tool" that basically lets you extract screenshots from Xbox 360 containers (and nothing more than that). So rather than spend hours uploading pics to my fileshare, then tediously viewing and downloading them from Bungie.net, I just copy everything over to a USB stick and extract them into jpegs with the tool. Be nice if I didn't have to resort to that kind of grey area (though I hasten to add, nothing is actually modded on the console or game in any way shape or form), but that's what happens when Microsoft emit such a simple option. I can save screenshots from PS3 games straight onto a USB stick in jpeg format. Even the Wii lets you do that to an SD card, so there's no excuse. Anyway, from there I use a program called Autopano to stitch them all together into massive panos. All of these screens are actually half the size of the original panos. A few colour tweaks in photoshop, along with a bit of sharpening and then run it through the absolutely essential Neat Image noise reduction plug-in/Program to combat the jpeg compression, then shrink it down and save it.
