In Response To: Something looks wrong with The Silent Cartographer (RyanTheHeretic) : The lighting system seems a bit broken if you ask me - the beach area has a : weird purple tint, and is too dark and washed out, especially relative to : the original. The sky is so bright and yet everything seems to be a bit : dark and washed out. The skybox itself looks terrible - really saturated : and over-exposed - like the sky is glowing white and green instead of a : cool blue. Nor can you see Threshold anymore. And the beach itself seems : to have become quite rocky and grassy. It all looks really poorly done and : like a cheap fan-mod of a PC game. : And yet the rest of the level looks stunning and absolutely gorgeous. Go
I don't like that they changed the island's location. Before it was so remote, there were no other land masses visible. Now there's a mountain range in one of the shots I've seen. Why??
