I : always loved seeing a massive planet looming over me. : The island itself looks pretty, and I like the Covenant skins. The lighting system seems a bit broken if you ask me - the beach area has a weird purple tint, and is too dark and washed out, especially relative to the original. The sky is so bright and yet everything seems to be a bit dark and washed out. The skybox itself looks terrible - really saturated and over-exposed - like the sky is glowing white and green instead of a cool blue. Nor can you see Threshold anymore. And the beach itself seems to have become quite rocky and grassy. It all looks really poorly done and like a cheap fan-mod of a PC game. And yet the rest of the level looks stunning and absolutely gorgeous. Go figure!
