In Response To: Re: Ease of Hunter kills (FyreWulff) Run in diagonals towards Hunter (to avoid running straight into a blast). When Hunter powers down gun and enters melee mode... point pistol at center mass and start back pedaling. When Hunter raises shield arm to hit you: pull trigger once. Result: one shot, one dead Hunter. Halo was my first time with playing games with a pad and I found the whole moving-in-circles-and-aiming-at-a-moving-target thing far too difficult. One I learnt the easy kill trick I started renaming original-game Hunters to "Victims". To give the combat an edge I used to restrict myself to only beating them to death with a plasma pistol. :-)
