That is a frigate (same class as Savannah and Grafton) in some stage of construction much like the other frigates in the assembly docks floating about Anchor 9. The one on the pic is the most complete but you can see all the nifty innards (not too unlike the Commonwealth in the ship breaking yard, groundside. Anchor 9 constructs starships, ya know. :) : Also, I love this view, which I had not seen before.
I was attempting to make a collage with the second loading area where the Pelican evacs the troops (the area we can go in the Countdown map). : Enjoyed the company very much. The game was fun, until the %(&)$%$@ bridge.
