In Response To: MCPO John-117 (fan art) (TDSpiral) : Much to my surprise, I haven't posted any Halo art here a while - been hard : at work on cool stuff that I hope to show you guys one of these days! : Anywho, here's John-117 ! : Four and a half hours of trying to accurately recreate the Halo: Reach Mark V : (with John's lil' iconic fanny pack in place). Made it into like a Halo: : CE box art meets Mona Lisa kind of portrait. Anywho, this was mostly for a : contest Gamespy has going on right now (although supposedly they were to : announce the winners today). So many thanks to AngelicLionheart for the : link there! Wouldn't have known about it otherwise :) Wow, I'm not one for art, but this piece really speaks to me. You've got the feeling of MC down perfectly. I can honestly say that this is one of my most favorite Halo fan art ever. Absolutely love it.
