: Does the old Xbox'-Guide-Music-playing trick still work?
Probably, but I just toyed with the Theater mode. If you fast-forward through a cutscene, the music usually doesn't play, but the voices do. So I quickly got killed in Lone Wolf, loaded up the saved film, and pressed the right trigger right as the final cutscene started. It stopped the music, but not the speech. It works for almost any cutscene, really: I only know the beginning of "Nightfall" is immune, because the level's ambient music supplies the soundtrack in that one.

Being the perfectionist that I am, I've made three versions of the final cutscene, and I'm not quite sure which one I like best. I'll just put 'm all up on YouTube, and let you guys decide. Give me a moment. ;)
