My intention was just to share a : little experience I had that I thought would be meaningful to the : community here. I've always held HBO in the highest regard and visit it : almost daily. Although I'm not an active community member I feel it is one : of the few fan sites with class. : I probably could have worded my post better and emphasize a few things : differently. It was a quick post from my office this morning and I guess I : should have taken more care. : I got home from my trip today and had a few really nasty emails from people I : don't recognize. I also got a number from people asking to be on my FL or : "...let me know when you go next...I wanna come too..." or just : asking some questions. Just to be clear, a friendship is more important to : me than looking at a few statues or memorabilia. I'd never jeopardize that : for someone I don't know. And I'm not even going to respond directly to : idiots. I'm kinda wishing I'd just kept things to myself and that's a : shame.... Listen, you did nothing wrong as far as I can see. You visited a friend and shared what was permissible to the public (specifically folks who are invested in this particular game developer) and you should be thanked. So thanks! And screw those miserable assholes who are giving you crap. May they tuck their jealous tails between their legs and scamper away. - M
