Just want to point out that in the cutscene at the end of "The Package" Jun is given a thinly veiled order to kill Halsey if the circumstances get bad. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XGGHv7WlqJw#t=2m18s Of course, that's in keeping with Carter's personal distrust or resentment of Halsey that we saw earlier, the first time they met in Sword Base. Who knows how Jun actually feels about it, although he seems dispassionate enough to follow through if necessary.
