That's the thing. I'm pretty sure that you have to not only play through the Campaign (That is NOT a complaint), and you still have to spend armory credits on them. Hell, if that's the case? I won't even bother. I'm just gonna hush past this post...I've voiced my opinion and it's not an opinion worth defending like crazy. I just don't like that they gave us recycled armor as some kid of "unique" and "special" item, and I feel shafted. My opinion. No need to get all fussy at me about it.
