The top portion of Death Island is playable space, actually. There are teleporters at each base that lead up there, as well as a pair of ramps.

That's Tutorial, which came with the Halo Editing Kit Gearbox released with Custom Edition. It's not on Halopedia because CE was a Gearbox release 'unsupported by Microsoft', so Halopedia treats it the same as fan content. Apparently it doesn't even matter to them that CE was updated by Bungie multiple times and promoted by Bungie. If that doesn't make CE a legitimate Halo game, I don't know what does. They treat Halo 2 Vista's Example map as a 'legitimate' map, but not Example. Halopedia is ridiculous.
