In Response To: Re: And RocketPlay Gameplay (Off-Screen) (ZackDark) : Did anyone notice else that the rocket launcher had a 'lock-on' thing going : on by the last Phantom, or am I just sleep deprived? In the Beta the RL had a lock-on that only functioned on the Banshee. I would guess it functions on all aerial vehicles.
